“We had a garage door controller go bad, so the only entry into this separate garage was a side door. We could not find the key for that door. Mike came out and was able to gain access by "picking" both the handle lock and deadbolt. He then re-keyed both locks to match the key to all other doors in our house. He was very personable, completed his work quickly and answered all my questions. First time to use Dawson, but will definitely use them again will gladly pass their information to others.”
