“Our back door latch suddenly stopped working leaving the door unable to open. I called Dawson on a Friday and they said they’d try to get us worked in even though their schedule was full. They promised a return call around 1pm, and came through with an appointment around 3. James arrived and had our door operational with latch replaced before the weekend.
