“Service was fine, but make sure you get a quote up front. When I called to schedule the appt, they offered to help me reset our keypad that operates our deadbolt. Not once did they mention there was any charge associated with this. Then I get the invoice and they charged $80 for something I could have googled and done on my own. It only took 5 minutes to do it. Absolutely overpriced and not up front about the costs when scheduling.”
