“We had issues with several locks. Mike was able to fix them, but told us that they were on their way out and gave us the option to replace the door knobs, which we accepted. He then went out of his way to obtain a 2nd knob, so as to not have to set-up a 2nd service visit. Much appreciated!! Thank you, Mike, we greatly appreciate your fine customer service. We continue to have only positive experiences with Dawson now and in the past.”
